Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds or bank transfers for approved returns or cancellations.

Instead, customers will receive:

  • Store Credit / Voucher Credit equivalent to the approved refund amount
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases in our store
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products (if applicable)

Store Credit Usage

  • Store credit may be used during checkout on future orders
  • Store credit validity period is 90 days from issue date
  • Store credit may be redeemed according to store terms and conditions

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
